  • The account name used for deposits must belong to the player. Third-party transfers are not allowed.
  • Withdrawal requests are confirmed only after review by the support team. The platform reserves the right to block any incorrect transactions.

Welcome Bonus and Promotions

The first deposit bonus policies offered by pkgame5 are set out as follows—

  • The welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25x the bonus amount first.
  • Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks before withdrawing.
  • Example 2: Deposit 680,000 Ks, receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 1,180,000 Ks. You must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks before withdrawing.
  • The bonus can only be used on games available on the platform. Withdrawals and bonus funds can only be used with bonus funds.
  • If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings associated with it will be forfeited.
  • pkgame5 reserves the right to change promotion terms at any time with notice.

Player Responsibilities

Each player must swear to and comply with the following responsibilities—

Prohibited Activities

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The pkgame5 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

  • Bronze — earn up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver — earn up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold — earn up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Tier upgrades depend on a player's betting activity and volume. Cashback is paid out once a week unless the policy changes. Cashback amounts can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement (the platform's minimum withdrawal of 30,000 Ks still applies).

Referral Policy

By joining the pkgame5 referral program, the referrer can earn the following rewards—

  • You can earn 8% of each referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person.
  • You can also earn a weekly commission of 0.1% on your referred friends' valid bets.
  • These rewards may change and can be adjusted by pkgame5 with prior notice.

Games and How to Play

Games available at pkgame5 include Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo live dealer games, slots, crash games (including Aviator), football betting, and 2D/3D lottery. The results of these games cannot be predicted by anyone, and players should understand that losses can occur from time to time.

If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact the support team and confirm it with evidence. If pkgame5 reviews and confirms the error, it will be corrected — however, players should be aware that some bets may still be in progress during the review period.

Service Suspension or Restriction
